R.A.No.7 of 2007:
The
learned counsel for the respondent in this Review Application, Mr.Maninder
Singh has raised a preliminary objection to the maintainability of this Review
Application itself. This has been done
on the ground that the applicant had invoked this right u/s 18 of the TRAI Act
and had filed an appeal in the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh which was
subsequently withdrawn by it with liberty to file an appeal in the
