ORDER
On behalf of the petitioner an affidavit has been filed stating that he has only 250 subscribers, however, the names and addresses of the subscribers have not been disclosed. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the affidavit containing this information will be submitted within next two days. He is directed to do so. On behalf of the respondents an affidavit has been filed giving information about 1385 subscribers to whom signals are being given by the petitioner in Wyra Village, copy of which has been handed over to the petitioner.
The petitioner is present in-person today. He is directed to hold a meeting with the respondent along with the information about his subscribers and come to an agreement in regard to the subscriber base failing which a joint survey be carried out in which the representatives of the petitioner as well as of the respondents should be present. This exercise should be completed within a period of next two weeks. The meeting shall take place on 20.02.2007 at 11.00 am at the office of the Respondent No.1 at Khammam. The petitioner undertakes to pay on the basis of 250 subscribers w.e.f. February, 2007. It is

reiterated that the petitioner will confine the signals to Wyra Village only. The petitioner seeks to hand over a bank draft representing the subscription amount for the month of December, 2006. The same is handed over to Mr.Kiran Kumar, representative of Respondent No.1 who is present today.
