ORDER
In this petition Respondent No.1 has not filed its reply. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 says the reply is ready and he will be filing the same during the course of the day.
Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 states that they are willing to give signals through local MSO viz. M/s Sidhartha Broadband Services, opp. Kanakadurga Temple, Santi Nagar, Tiruvuru, whereas the learned counsel for the petitioner states that this MSO is not willing to give signals to the petitioner. According to him the said MSO refused to meet his client despite repeated efforts. The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has assured that she will give instructions to M/s Sidhartha Broadband Services to meet the petitioner to resolve the issue. Both counsels requested the Tribunal to lay down the time of meeting which will be adhered to.
I direct the petitioner to visit the office of the MSO-Sidhartha Broadband Services on Monday the 11th December,2006 at 12:00 Noon to resolve the matter.
As far as Respondent No.3 is concerned, the matter stands resolved since they are ready to give signals through Sai Rama Cable Network, which is acceptable to the petitioner also.
Notwithstanding the reply filed by learned counsel for Respondent No.1, I direct that he takes instructions so that signals can be given by his client to the petitioner through an MSO and this matter can be settled once and for all.
List on 5th January,2007.
