ORDER

 

Learned counsels for the petitioners state that they have filed their responses to the recommendations made by the TRAI.  Mr.Rakesh Gosain, learned counsel for DoT, however, states that he has not filed reply since he was waiting for the responses from the petitioners.  I, however, fail to understand this reasoning for the dealy because the DoT does not have to comment on the responses of the petitioners; they were only asked to give their response to the recommendations of the TRAI.  However, since a request has been made for grant of four weeks’ time to file reply, the time prayed for is granted.

 

List on 10th January, 2007 for hearing.
