Again a request has been made for further time to file reply on behalf of Respondent No.1.  Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is without signals and in spite of opportunity being provided to Respondent No.2 for filing reply since 29.9.06, the reply has not been filed.  In this background, we give last opportunity to the respondent to file reply within two weeks from today, subject to Respondent No.1 restoring signals to the petitioner within two days from today.  This goes without saying that the petitioner will pay for the supplying of signals which is being resumed in pursuance of this order.  List on 29th January,2007.
