ORDER

 

           

             Mr. Aditya Narain accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 1. 

Notice be sent to Respondent No.2. Dasti as well.

 

            The petitioner has prayed for stay of the Public Notice dated 6th March, 2009 whereby the respondent has threatened to disconnect supply of signals to the petitioner on expiry of 21 days from the date of the notice.  The reason for disconnection given in the notice is non-payment of dues by the petitioner to the respondent.  Counsel for the petitioner has handed over to the counsel  for the respondent a demand Draft in sum of Rs. 3,15, 498/- favouring the respondent before us.  According to the counsel for the petitioner,  the dues upto the month of March, 2009 stand paid by the petitioner to the respondent.  Counsel for the respondent submits that he will have to check up the position. In view of this payment, counsel for the respondent agrees that the respondent will not disconnect supply of signals to the petitioner and the notice will be held in abeyance. 

 

            Reply be filed within two weeks.  Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. 

 

            List on13th April, 2009 for directions.
