ORDER

Despite specific time mentioned by this Tribunal in its order dated 6.10.2009, the petitioner has not filed affidavits. We are of the opinion that some costs should be imposed upon it. One week’s further time is granted to file evidences by way of affidavits subject to petitioner’s depositing Rs. 5000/- in each case.

List for cross-examination on 17.12.2009. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner does not produce the witness on the date fixed, a serious view of the matter shall be taken.
