When pointed out by Mr.Aditya Narain, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that the petitioner is transmitting signals in respect of bouquet-2 of the respondent, Mr.Vineet Bhagat, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that his client has not been hiring the said channel and would not do so in future.  As the application has been filed only in course of the day and serious allegations have been made therein, we are of the opinion that an opportunity should be granted  to the petitioner to file reply thereto.  Let such reply be filed by 4.1.2010.  Rejoinder, if any, be filed by the next date fixed.
