O R D E R

 

Parties' counsel jointly request that a Local Commissioner be appointed to carry out the joint survey.  Accordingly, I direct Mr. Nitin Aggarwal, Advocate present in the Court, as a Local Commissioner to carry out the joint survey.  Parties will give full assistance to Mr.Aggarwal to enable him to complete the joint survey.  Mr.Aggarwal will give notice to parties about date and time when he is to commence joint survey.  He will  be free to seek police help if necessary for this purpose.  Mr.Aggarwal will be paid Rs.30000/- per day towards his fee besides expenses for his to and fro  travel to Kanpur and for stay at Kanpur.  The fee and expenses of the Local Commissioner shall be shared equally by the parties.  Report of the Local Commissioner be submitted within two weeks.

 List this matter on 20th  November,2007.  Order dasti.
