ORDER

 

            Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has not yet complied with the order of this Tribunal dated 05.11.2008.  It is a matter where the said order was passed in the presence of counsel for the respondent.  The petitioner had followed up with the respondent a number of times for compliance of the order.  Advisories to the Police Authorities to ensure compliance of the order have also been issued.   However, the compliance of the order has not been reported by the respondent so far.   I take a serious note of such non-compliance of the order of this Tribunal.  

 

            I direct the Registry to issue advisory to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with all relevant orders in the petition and execution application to take necessary action for compliance of the said order.   The Registry to submit a report before next date of listing.
