O R D E R

 

Counsel for respondent submits that necessary documents in pursuance of respondent's letter dated 18.1.08 were not supplied by the petitioner.  However, counsel for the petitioner denies this and submits that the documents were offered which the respondent refused to take. Counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever documents he has as per respondent' letter dated 18.1.08 will be supplied to counsel for respondent during the course of the day and he prays that a meeting be fixed between the parties for further necessary action.  Let the meeting take place on 11.3.08. The time and venue of the meeting shall be informed by counsel for the respondent to counsel for petitioner  in   advance.
