In exercise of powers conferred upon me under clause (b) of sub-section (3) and sub-section (5) of Section 14B read with Section 14-1 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, 1997 (as amended), I, Justice N. Santosh Hegde, Chairperson, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, hereby order that whenever there is no sitting of the Tribunal, if urgent matters are moved before the Registry, these matters shall be placed before the Chairperson for his orders and if the Chairperson is not present, they shall be placed before Member/Members.  Only those matters, if considered urgent by the Chairperson/Member/Members shall be taken up for hearing/directions.
